Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request an estimate, call, text or email us, you may share:
- Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
- Property details: the address or ZIP code of the property and the service you need.
- Project details: anything you choose to tell us about the job, plus photos or insurance claim information you send us later.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when pages load, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of the visit. Some of the third party tools described below also collect device and usage information.
We do not ask for, and you should not send through our forms, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or credit card numbers.
How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule an inspection and prepare your estimate.
- To plan, carry out and follow up on your project, including warranty service.
- To help with your insurance claim when you ask us to.
- To keep records required for our business, taxes and licensing.
- To understand which ads and pages bring people to us, so we can improve them.
- To keep the website secure and filter out spam.
Calls, texts and emails
When you send an estimate request, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message or email about that request and your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text, or simply tell us, and we will stop texting you. Agreeing to be contacted is never a condition of buying anything from us.
We do not add you to marketing lists or send promotional messages unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor our labor guarantee and warranties, and meet legal, tax and licensing obligations. Requests that do not turn into a project are deleted when we no longer need them.
How we protect it
The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and only the people who need your information to handle your request or project can access it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal, tax, contract or warranty reasons.
- Stop contacting you by phone, text or email.
Send your request using the contact details below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.
