This website is operated by Gomes's Construction Inc., 58 Denton St, Brockton, MA 02301. We are registered as a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor (registration 201976) and hold a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license (CS-115736).

Website information

The content on this site is general information about our company and services. It is not professional advice for your specific home. Every roof and every property is different, and we can only recommend materials, repairs or a full replacement after we inspect the property in person.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but services, products, manufacturers and service areas may change without notice.

Estimates and contracts

• Sending a request through the website does not create a contract and does not oblige you or us to start any work.
• Prices, scope, materials and schedule are set only after an inspection, in a written estimate.
• Work begins only after both parties sign a written contract, as Massachusetts law requires for residential home improvement work (M.G.L. Chapter 142A). That contract, not this website, controls the job.
• When you send a request, please give accurate information and only ask for estimates on property you own or are authorized to represent.

Warranties

The warranty information on this site is a summary. The 40-year material warranty is issued by the manufacturer, such as CertainTeed, under its own terms, eligibility rules and registration requirements. The 10-year labor guarantee is provided by Gomes's Construction under the terms written in your contract. Your signed contract and the manufacturer's warranty documents are what apply to your project.

Insurance claims

We can inspect and document storm damage, meet with your adjuster and provide estimates to your insurance company. Coverage and payment decisions are always made by your insurer under your policy, so we cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved or how much it will pay. You remain responsible for your deductible and for any work that is not covered.

Photos and reviews

The project photos on this site show work completed by our team. The reviews are written by real customers on Google and reflect their own experience. Every project is different, and past results do not guarantee the same outcome for your home.

Acceptable use

When you use this website, you agree not to:

• Send false, misleading or spam requests, or submit someone else's information without permission.
• Try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or the services behind it.
• Use bots or scrapers to copy content, photos or contact details from the site.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.
